These terms describe how Plant Market may be used and the responsibilities that remain with each seller.

Market information

Plant Market provides market observations, estimates, confidence indicators and seller analytics for informational purposes. Market prices are not guaranteed sale prices and recommendations are not promises of profit.

Connected services

Marketplace, shipping and payment integrations remain subject to the terms and availability of their respective providers. Sellers are responsible for their listings, fulfillment obligations, taxes, refunds and compliance with marketplace policies.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Trial timing and plan access are shown before checkout. Subscription management and invoices are available through the billing portal.

Beta software

During beta, features can change and integrations may fail or require reauthorization. Plant Market should not be treated as the sole copy of critical business records.

Acceptable use

Do not use Plant Market to violate third-party terms, automate prohibited scraping, access another seller’s information, or process unlawful sales.
